Cancellation Policy

We ask that you give us a full 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your hairstyling appointment time. No-shows and failure to cancel within the timeframe will incur a cancellation fee of $50 upon rebooking. The fee can be applied to your next scheduled service.

Late Policy

We ask that you arrive on time or 5 to 10 minutes before your scheduled hairstyling appointment to get checked in. We allow a 15-minute grace period after your scheduled appointment. If you arrive after the allotted time, we will do our best to accommodate you with a more time-appropriate service, or you may be asked to reschedule.

Refund Policy

If you should have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon within 2 days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At the time, we will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service. Adjustments are made available to you at no cost. If you request not to be seen by the initial stylist we will arrange for another stylist to make any adjustments.
